Third Party Plumbing Certification
The Government has recently announced, plumbers or drainlayers who hold a “certifying plumber” or “certifying drainlayer” qualification will be permitted to certify both:
Their own installations, and
Installations carried out by other tradespeople—as long as they have personally supervised that specific work.
This right will currently apply only to single-level, simple builds (the exact parameters of which are still to be defined).
Our certified Nisco Plumbing Tradesman are able to certify their own work and provide third party certifications where required.
