Nisco Plumbing Ltd undertook all the plumbing and drainage works
Researched, developed and trialled on the first non-factory build completed by Affordable Housing Solutions -a four town-house project at 6 Dominion Road – a unique potable water pipe-out system, exclusively for installation in all Saimu FRP system, residential and light commercial build projects, for Affordable Housing Solutions Ltd.
The system comprises only brazed copper within the FRP panels, and primarily polybutylene pipe in ceiling spaces. Hence, there are no joints, or fittings within the FRP panels which could in the future, leak.
No potable water pipes are installed within a concrete floor.
Generally, provision for future installation of solar water heating is included.
All hot water pipes in the ceiling spaces are lagged – notwithstanding that the Code does not require this.
Nisco Plumbing Ltd undertook all the plumbing and drainage works associated with the Dominion Road project. All works were completed to budget, by due date – representing significant achievements, given the complexity of the work, and the product and process testing nature of the work.
