These are very difficult times we currently live in. Particularly, the prevailing cost pressures and dire funding constraints facing most construction companies and property development projects results in a frightening number of business failures and the stalling, or outright failure of property development projects.
There are many very good people, good strong operators, whom unfortunately are victims – through no, or little fault of their own – of this once in a lifetime re-set. These people have our sympathy.
We are fielding an increasing number of enquiries from distressed builders and developers considering our Saimu system and its associated funding, for their troubled and stalled projects. In some instances, merely because the Saimu system is materially cheaper than the standard system currently used by the builder/ developer, we are able to rescue a project, or build.
